Nevlers provides free shipping and returns on all US orders. All orders ship within 2 business days from when the order is placed. Shipping is always free of charge. All orders ship with Standard Ground Shipping. 

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to return an item, you must first notify our customer service team. All returns must be done within 30 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will get back to you within one business day on how to proceed. For free returns, a prepaid label will be emailed to you and this label must be used. Once we have received your item, your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
